Last night we delivered our Christmas gifts to Hallam FM on Herries Road. The Hallam FM CashForKids #MissionChristmas is a charity movement that give presents to disadvantaged children in your local area to make their Christmas morning special.
1 in 4 children are living in poverty in the UK and will wake up on the 25th December with no presents to open. The gifts are suitable for children and young people aged 0-18 years to make sure no child is ever left out.
Upon arrival, we were met by a friendly and helpful team on the Hallam FM reception who took our donations and allowed us to have a look around then photograph the displays set up. More and more people were showing up to donate gifts or collect them. The whole set up was very smooth and the entire team should be very proud of themselves!
Cash For Kids is a charity we hope to be working with for years to come. We are delighted we could help so many young people in our local area who would otherwise not have a special Christmas.
