Our rubber roof tiles are made from SBR rubber granulates which were created by recycling old rubber. Is it the perfect product for use on roofs, balconies, terraces, patios and other areas that are requiring an attractive and hard standing rubber surface. To install the rubber tiles, simply fix them to a waterproof substrate using a strong rubber adhesive. As well as being attractive and easy to install, our rubber tiles have noise reducing, anti-slip and thermal insulation properties that mean the tiles are great for almost any roofing project.
Although the tiles themselves are not porous and water cannot drain straight through them, the channels created between the installed tiles allow water to run off which means there will be no standing water on the tiles and any liquid can drain away easily.
Due to the typical manufacturing tolerances and the expansion and contraction of rubber under temperature fluctuations, we cannot guarantee that all holes will be aligned and some tiles may require additional bonding or drilling to create perfect alignment. These tiles are supplied with 8 pins per tile to assist with installation but are not sold as interlocking, therefore any tiles with alignment issues will not be deemed to be faulty.
