Whether you’re looking to create a stunning driveway, a brand new cycle route, a car park, or just about anything in between, X-Grid porous pavers are the durable, environmentally friendly alternative to concrete and tarmac.
Their composition means that X-Grid panels are fully compliant with all of the latest water management laws – more specifically the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 – and planning regulations surrounding driveways and parking areas. The cellular design of these porous panels means that water can flow freely through and around each grid without causing any movement, making them the perfect solution should you wish to maintain a grassed or gravelled area that needs to be able to withstand the demands of transport usage.
As previously mentioned, X-Grid panels can be used with either grass or gravel. Just connect the grids, using their interlocking edges, and cover the area. The deep cells can then be filled with either gravel – the design of the grids means that gravel migration is kept to a minimum – or top soil and grass seed.
The strong, long-lasting grids can support compression of up to 420 tonnes per square metre and vehicles with an axle weight of up to 10 tonnes, which makes them suitable for the majority of applications on both flat and undulating ground.
If youd like more information on the porous X-Grid range, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the team who will be more than happy to help you out.
