Over the Christmas period, MatsGrids will be closing on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 4pm and re-opening on Monday 5th January 2026 at 8:30am.
We will not be taking enquiries over the telephone or live chat during our closed dates and all emails will be responded to on our return to the office. Orders can still be placed online via our website.
Our last dispatch date before Christmas is Tuesday 23rd December. We aim for our orders to be delivered within the specified timeframe on your order, or should you not have placed an order yet within the turnaround times displayed on the product page. However, over the festive break, this could vary as couriers and hauliers may not be delivering in your area until the New Year.
If it is essential to know when your delivery will arrive or if you require your order before a specific date, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help with your enquiry.
Any orders placed on dates on which we are closed, will be processed upon our return to the office.
