The perfect product for creating an area of 144 square feet (approximately 13.5m²), the flexible and durable rubber gym floor mats are easy to install to create a soft surface which is perfect for exercise. With their shock-absorbing qualities and anti-slip texture, they can be easily installed in the home, garage or commercial gym to provide an area for free-weights or other exercise.
Due to their bouncy nature and shock-absorbing properties, our rubber gym flooring mats help to reduce fatigue and stress on joints and muscles, allowing for longer periods of workout with a lower risk of shin-splints and other injuries. Our gym mats are also hygienically great as they repel all moisture and odour.
Made up of four interlocking mats, these will cover an area of 3600mm x 3600mm which is usually sufficient for activities such as aerobics, zumba, boxercise, body pump or pilates. The mats can be installed onto almost any current flooring from concrete to wood.
