By using a waterproof\u00a0substrate below, this means there will be no leaking and water damage to the below roof,<\/p><p>\u2022 Our rubber tiles will also move with the existing structure as it settles which will prevent cracks and leaks that can sometimes form with other roofing materials,<\/p><p>\u2022 Finally,\u00a0concrete and harder materials are typically more expensive to create and buy compared to rubber roof tiles and require small pedestals under them to allow for sufficient drainage,<\/p><p>\u2022 An added structure is not required beneath like with harder materials to encourage water drainage.<\/p><p>Despite the fantastic advantages mentioned, there are of course some disadvantages as with all products:<\/p><p>\u2022 The tiles will give you less of a natural roofed
